Taking Back an Unwanted Item

You can return any unopened items to us if you’re unhappy with your purchase or have just changed your mind. Subject to the conditions listed below, we accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition and the Seal did not open.

We ask that you return your purchase within 28 days after delivery, and we’ll give you a complete refund using the original payment method, up to the cost of the item. Please be aware that any postal fees you may have paid for the first order will not be reimbursed and secondly return fees you must be paid.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact Customer Service at the phone number or email address below if you get any products that are defective, damaged, or inaccurate. Please take care not to discard any broken products since any claims for damages will need to be accompanied by photographic proof. Following receipt of this, we will give a complete refund or replacement.
